unique expertise and experience in distressed real estate

and execute the best management and disposition strategies

1994 through 2001 Mr. Gottlieb served as President and
CEO and Founder of First Home Brokerage. The company
was a unique "one stop shopping" real estate investment
company that acquired, renovated and sold distressed
single and multi-family homes to predominantly first
time home buyers. The company quickly grew into the
largest re-developer of affordable 1-4 family homes
in the nation with sales of approximately $100 million
annually and with over 3000 homes bought and sold. Total
sales were over $500 million. The company was listed
twice in Crain's NY Business as one of the "Top 12 Real
Estate Brokerage Companies" in New York City. |

to founding First Home Brokerage Mr. Gottlieb was a
principal in Carnegie Hill Capital Corp. (CHC). and
Nelson Management Group LTD. CHC was a licensed New
York State mortgage brokerage company specializing in
the acquisition and financing of middle-income housing.
NMG was a real estate acquisition and management company.
Together the companies owned and operated close to 1000
units in New York City and provided bridge financing
for over $20 million in real estate transactions. |
